Right to Delete Account & Associated Personal Data

Consult Thrive gives all users full autonomy and control over their personal data. You have the right to permanently delete your account and request complete erasure of your personal records at any time.

⚠️ Important: What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Deleting your Consult Thrive account is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted:

Your profile (name, phone, email, avatar) is permanently removed from active systems.
Your Health Locker documents (prescriptions, test reports, case files) are permanently deleted.
Any unused promotional wallet balance or active coupons will be forfeited.
All active push notification tokens associated with your devices are invalidated immediately.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Consult Thrive account using either of the following two options:

Option 1: Directly Inside the Mobile App (Instant)

Open the Consult Thrive app on your Android device > Go to Settings > Tap on Profile > Scroll down and tap "Delete Account" > Confirm with OTP verification. Your account is purged immediately.

Option 2: Submit Web Deletion Request Form (Below)

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, submit the form below. Our automated system will process your request after a security verification code sent to your registered email or phone number.

I understand that deleting my account is permanent and irreversible, and that my health locker documents, booking history, and active sessions will be completely erased.

Data Retention & Statutory Compliance

Upon receiving your deletion request:

Primary Records: Your user profile, credentials, Health Locker files, device tokens, and session history are purged from active production databases within 30 days.
Financial & Statutory Logs: Transaction receipts, GST invoices, and payment IDs processed via Razorpay are retained for a period of 180 days solely to comply with statutory accounting, anti-fraud, and tax audit laws under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021. After this mandatory retention window, all archival logs are automatically scrubbed.
